BROADBAND PACENET (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED
A Private Limited Company incorporated on 17-April-2000, with the primary objective of providing internet system and services including telephony, relay, data transmission, facsimile, television, telematics and value added network services.
Though incorporated in 2000, the actual commencement of activities was only in the year 2002-03. During the last FIVE years, the internet service provided by BPIPL under the brand name “PACENET” has received encouraging response.
The directors of BPIPL are : Mr. Jagjit Singh Kohli, Mr. Yogesh Shah, Mr. Yogesh Radhakrishnan.
The above three directors are veterans / pioneers in the field of cable TV operations. They have significantly contributed in the successful launch of three MSOs (1) In Cablenet of the Hindujas (2) Hathway of the Rahejas and (3) WWIL of the Zee Group.
Broadband Pacenet is promoted by Mr. Jagjit Singh Kohli, Mr. Yogesh Shah and Mr. Yogesh Radhakrishnan; who are reputed for pioneering cable television industry in India. In the late eighties they provided a complete solution to the Cable Television (CATV) operators by putting together electronics needed such as satellite dishes, LNBs, amplifiers, bridges, splitters etc. fueling the growth of cable industry. The solution was seeded in close to 100 cities across India.
Today, Pacenet offers its Broadband services using the cable network infrastructure of its franchisees. Known as fastest growing ISP, Pacenet has serviced more than 25,000 home subscribers till date apart from many corporates.
The promoter’s substantial contribution to cable industry has received its recognition from IP Star by selecting Pacenet as its Indian partner. With IP Star it is poised to deliver IP based services at remotest of the place in India.
Pacenet has recently tied up with Encore Telecommunications Inc. USA. for promoting and marketing VoIP products in India.

The directors have also promoted recently a private limited company in the name of DIGICABLE NETWORK (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED. The Company has ambitious plans to revolutionize the cable TV distribution system and will be embarking on having the latest technologies by getting the required “state-of-the-art” equipment from various parts of the globe.
